• Journaling: What did you used to believe about your role that you're questioning now?
• Reflection in small groups (Troika format)
• A hands-on challenge to get started right away

Session 2 — Discover Your Use Case 🗺️

June 15

• Brainstorm use cases from your real work
• Peer dialogue (Troika) to pressure-test and select yours
• Go deeper than the technical layer — surface the friction (politics, resources, process)
• Deep dive using a canvas template
• Launch your first experiment — quick and dirty, that's the point

Before next session: Run your experiment. Share progress on Slack. Ask for help when you're stuck.
