Who can book a session?

If you are working in Learning & Development, have a clear understanding of your goal, and could you some practical advice from someone that has “been there, done that”—mentorship might be the solution.

How do I book a session?

Use the filters to find a Mentor that suits your goals, project, or challenge. Each profile has more details about the Mentor’s experience and a Calendly link you can use to book your session. Upon booking, please give your Mentor as much detail about the topic of the conversation as possible so that they can prepare. You should also take some time to prepare concrete questions to clearly articulate how the Mentor might support you.

How many sessions can I book?

You can book as many sessions as you like, with as many Mentors as you like. If you click with someone, we recommend you agree and book a longer commitment. Ideally, each mentorship should last at least six months, with two monthly sessions. The more consistent you are with your progress, the more benefits you’ll see.

What if I need to cancel my session?

That's ok; life happens. To respect the Mentor's time, please cancel your session at least 24h in advance by declining the calendar invite and/ or emailing them. Please avoid blocking Mentor’s calendar and not showing up. This might lead to you being unable to get another session.

Do I need to fill in the feedback form?

Filling in the session feedback form is completely voluntary and anonymous. However, your Mentor and the project team would love to read your feedback, which will help us improve the experience.

Who are the Mentors?

Each of the L&D professionals is willing to give back to the wider L&D community. Each Mentor has their LinkedIn profile available to browse through so that you can learn more about their work.
