If you are 18 and above, and working in Learning & Development, then these sessions are for you! If you feel overwhelmed by a current challenge or finding yourself at a career crossroad, coaching can support by creating a space for you to recenter and find the resources to move forward.
You can book as many sessions as you like, with as many coaches as you like. However, it is more efficient to continue the sessions with the same coach since they will get to know you and will be able to support more effectively. Furthermore, some coaches prefer to offer their voluntary service as a pack and recommend a minimum number of sessions for you to see results. Please check the profile of the coach for more information about this.
Making a donation is not mandatory. However, this project is designed with a “pay it forward” model in mind. You get a free professional coaching session (our Coaches are usually charging for these sessions), and all you need to do is make a donation to a noble cause and help Save the Children continue to do the work that matters for those that need it most.
That's ok, life happens. To respect the time of the coach, please cancel your session at least 24h in advance by declining the calendar invite and/ or sending them an email.
YES! You need to complete and send the intake form within the next 48h after receiving it. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of you session without any prior notice.
Usually, coaching agreements start with a so-called exploration session, for the coach to better understand the needs of the coachee. Since you can also book only one session, we want to make sure that the coach has some preliminary information about you and the topic you want to tackle during the session, so they can maximise their impact.
Filling-in the session feedback form is completely voluntary and anonymous. But we think it's nice to show your coach you value their time, talent and passion for coaching by leaving them your anonymous feedback as a gift. They will be forever grateful!
Each of the coaches involved in this project are offering their professional services on a voluntary basis and free of any remuneration. They are either freelance coaches, coaches that are currently completing their accreditation or L&D professionals willing to give back to the wider L&D community.
