L&D Shakers is by and for its members. It’s a co-created space where learning experiences are designed and delivered by community members for free, in their free time, and out of a shared passion for learning. We respect and admire each other’s courage, work, and contributions.

We believe learning happens in action and through action. That’s why every member can host an event, lead an event type, adopt a Slack channel, start a project, rally a team, create a learning cluster, and much more. This is our personal learning playground.

There are no spectators and no hierarchy – every member is encouraged to take part, whether by launching a new idea or simply engaging in discussions.

There are no expectations, no KPIs, no managers telling you what to do. Just you, your creativity, your ideas, your courage to step out of your comfort zone, and a bunch of like-minded people learning by doing alongside you.
