This Privacy Policy applies to personal data You voluntarily provide to the L&D SHAKERS community representatives and the Mentors, or is automatically collected by L&D SHAKERS or the Mentors.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT & WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE DATA

L&D SHAKERS does not trace Your interaction with this Website. We don't use any cookies, plug-ins, nor do We use Google Analytics.

L&D SHAKERS will not be selling or using Your data for any advertising or commercial offers.

L&D SHAKERS community members and representatives and the Mentors will process the personal data provided for the following purposes:

1. Your name and email You will provide when booking a session will be seen and used by the Mentor only to schedule the mentorship session with You and be able to contact You via email. L&D SHAKERS does not have access to the information You share with your Mentor through the booking tool Calendly. By booking a sessions, You agree to Calendly privacy policy: https://calendly.com/pages/privacy
2. After each session, You will receive a google form through which You can give Us feedback about the session. This will be submitted anonymously and only if You desire to do so. Your feedback will be shared with the Mentor. Your anonymous feedback can be used as testimonial on the website, for project promotion scope, only if You so agree to. If You provide Us with any feedback and suggestions, You agree for the L&D SHAKERS to use this feedback without any kind of compensation or credits given to You. 3. Once the project finalises, L&D SHAKERS will delete all the individually collected forms, and will continue storing general information about the project such as: number of people that have attended mentoring sessions during the project, average mentoring sessions per person, anonymous feedback You agreed to provide.
4. If You will contact L&D SHAKERS by email, We will store Your email, name and any other personal information You will provide Us with for as long as We need to process Your inquiry and reply to Your message. Once the inquiry is closed, We will delete Your data within a few days. Please be advised that unencrypted e-mails are not completely protected from unauthorised access by Third-parties. LINK TO OTHER WEBSITES AND THIRD-PARTIES

We use Third-party services for You to automatically schedule the mentoring session with Your Mentor, but L&D SHAKERS doesn't have access to that data and We accept no responsibility with regards to Your personal data available to Third-parties and the Mentors You book sessions with.

The Mentor will use Your name, email details and the information You provided through Third-party services for the sole purpose of registration so they are able to contact You for the session and prepare for the session. By booking a session through this Website, You agree with sharing Your email, Your name and any personal information You will add into the Calendly booking with the Mentor whose session You have booked. Read our 'Terms and Conditions' for more information.

By booking a coaching session through Calendly You agree with their security and storage practices available here: https://calendly.com/pages/security and privacy policy available here https://calendly.com/pages/privacy and acknowledge that L&D SHAKERS is not collecting any of Your personal data as a result.

By filling in the session feedback form You agree with the privacy policy of Google available here https://policies.google.com/privacy and agree for the L&D SHAKERS to collect, store and process the data You provided as stated above.
